Charles Stevens,
Chairman of the Board and Co-founder

Charles is a former Microsoft Corporate Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Partner Group. Joing Microsoft in 1984, Charles Stevens held a variety of a senior management positions in both the sales and marketing and product development groups during his career, including managing Enterprise Sales, Microsoft's Asia region, and leading new business strategies in Unified Communications, Enterprise Servers (Storage), and Office productivity and database software.

Since leaving Microsoft in 2006, Charles has been on the board of Open Interface Inc. (acquired by Qualcomm) and AVST, an enterprise communications software company. He also served on the board of WebMD and as an advisor to several start-ups.

He is currently a board member of United Way of King County and Seattle Children's Hospital.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and English from Bristol University.

 

David D'Souza,
CEO and Co-founder 

David has more than 20 years of experience incubating and building businesses that have scaled to serve hundreds of millions of enterprise users. David is the visionary behind Moprise's strategy, which is focused on incorporating the best collaboration software with the advancement of enterprise mobility.

Prior to founding Moprise in 2010, David held senior executive management and technology leadership positions in the Microsoft Windows and Mobile groups, gaining deep experience building and selling to corporate IT.

Most recently, he was the lead technologist for the mobile user-experience platform now used in Windows Mobile 7 and a director in the Windows XP & Vista Core Technology Division, where he drove the Windows XP $1 Billion retail upgrade business and created and evangelized the tecnologies that led to the fastest adoption of a new operating system by PC OEMs and enterprises.

He has multiple software patents and is a technical driver on patent litigation and technology acquisitions. David holds a BS in Math from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

 

Russell Williams,
CTO & VP Engineering

Russell is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of technology and product engineering experience in both startups and enterprises. As Moprise CTO, Russell oversees all aspects of the Moprise technology roadmap, software architecture, development, and service operations.

Prior to joing Moprise, Russell was the CTO & VP Engineering at Jobster (later Recruiting.com), a career and talent management startup (acquired by Zapoint), where he led the company R&D Engineering and Operation teams. Jobster scaled to reach a million unique users a month and several thousand enterprise customers.

Earlier in his career, Russell was a co-founder for Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) and director for Microsoft Live Meeting web conferencing and real-time communications and collaboration services. SharePoint has become the leading enterprise content and collaboration platform with more than 120 million users.
